Looks like a certain major U.S. carrier got a little tired of Sprint’s ubiquitous NFL Mobile Live app. Verizon Wireless just announced a multi-pronged push to deliver NFL-related content on the carrier’s devices.

Just one day before Panasonic’s planned 3D TV media event at a Manhattan Best Buy, Samsung has announced availability of its own 3D HDTVs and Blu-ray players. One interesting feature: simulated 3D of 2D content.
